It is great to find that, we have a number of applications from our region for our camp. We also have about 12 international guests on our list. It is really motivational for a planning team to realise that the event is a certain winner with the region guiders. We can now offer part-week bookings - application form below

We have a few more details now of how we would like the domestic arrangements to operate and we also need some more people to volunteer for some very specific roles. These are detailed below and please if you can do any of these things, or know someone who can, contact Sandra White at Region HQ.

Having visited the site again following a period of very heavy rain we can truly say that it does not seem to get boggy and there is enough hard standing that it will never be like Glastonbury.

There is a great deal of interest in the offer of indoor accommodation but we should point out that this will be for sleeping and those people will be linked to a sub camp outside so they don’t miss out on the fun!
